PAST RESIDENCY

In a 12 month residency from 2022-2023, Anna acted as Executive Pastry Chef and Creative Director of Pastry for Sydney’s prestigious Langham Hotel. Leading the in-house team, she created epic desserts that were served across all areas of the hotel including the Kitchen on Kent interactive dining experience, in-room dining, special events and activations, along with Anna’s iconic afternoon tea – a next-level feast that included mouth-watering sweet and savoury dishes along with an ever-rotating Cake du Jour. It was a smash hit with Sydney diners!
