Before putting the hotel patisserie on the map in her 7.5 years as Creative Director of Pastry at Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney. Anna honed her talents in the world’s best kitchens. At the prestigious Pierre Herme Patisserie in Paris, London’s Claridge’s Hotel and the Sofitel Melbourne, she developed her second-to-none skill and gained global notoriety with a raft of awards, included awarded best dessert in the UK, Australia’s Hotel Chef of the Year and Pastry Chef of the Year, to name a few.

Beyond the accolades, Anna’s unmistakable energy and urban style have made her a media favourite. A colorful cookbook author, Anna launched her first book, Sweet Street, in May 2018, and it sold out within weeks. Her second book Kids’ Corner was released in November 2019. She lights up the screen’s country-wide as a guest judge on MasterChef for 3 years running – scoring the hit show some of its highest rating episodes – as the main host on Family Food Fight, and many more.

Now the creative director of her own business, Anna lends her unmatched pastry genius to top brands in unique sweet collaborations that are always the center of attention.
