Triple Choc Cookie, toasted marshmallow, caramel chocolate

1 Large Cookie Pie Or 2 Small Cookie Pies

1Tub  Anna Polyviou Cookie Dough, Triple Choc

¼ packet marshmallows, halved

1 block (250g) caramel chocolate, broken into pieces


  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C. Press the cookie dough into the base of a lightly greased ovenproof baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes until light golden.
  2. Remove cookie base from the oven and top immediately with the marshmallows. Return to the oven for 20-30 seconds until the marshmallows begin to caramelise.
  3. Top with chocolate, then set aside to cool slightly before serving.
