Triple Choc Cookie, toasted marshmallow, caramel chocolate
1 Large Cookie Pie Or 2 Small Cookie Pies
1Tub Anna Polyviou Cookie Dough, Triple Choc
¼ packet marshmallows, halved
1 block (250g) caramel chocolate, broken into pieces
Method
- Preheat the oven to 165°C. Press the cookie dough into the base of a lightly greased ovenproof baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes until light golden.
- Remove cookie base from the oven and top immediately with the marshmallows. Return to the oven for 20-30 seconds until the marshmallows begin to caramelise.
- Top with chocolate, then set aside to cool slightly before serving.
