Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough, Fudge Chocolate Ice-cream, Marshmallow Cubes

1tub Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough
2L Chocolate Fudge Ice-cream, store-bought, slightly softened
Chocolate fudge sauce and marshmallows, to serve
Method
- Crumble cookie dough into pieces and fold half the dough through the softened ice cream. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.
- When ready to serve, top ice cream with chocolate fudge sauce, marshmallows, and the remaining cookie dough pieces.
Jammy Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough, Raspberry Ripple Ice-cream, Raspberry Jam
2 Litres
1tub Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough
2L Raspberry Ripple Ice-cream, store-bought, slightly softened
Raspberry Jam, fresh raspberries, & Darrell Lea Raspberry Twists (cut into pieces), to serve
Method
- Crumble cookie dough into pieces and fold half the dough through the softened ice cream. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.
- When ready to serve, top ice cream with Raspberry Twists, jam, fresh raspberries, and the remaining cookie dough pieces.
Cookie Tips
- The ice cream needs to be soft so that you can easily fold through the cookie dough, but make sure it isn’t totally melted – that would result in an icy ice cream.
- Change the toppings around to suit your mood!
