Marble Brownie & Donut

6 Cookies

1 tub     Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough

1 tub     Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  2. Spoon out tablespoon-sized balls of each flavor of cookie dough. Take one dough ball of each flavor and, using your hands, press and roll them together to create a marbled effect. Repeat with remaining dough.
  3. Arrange on the prepared trays and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Birthday Cake

1 tub     Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough

150g     Sprinkles

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cookie dough and half the sprinkles. Mix together until well combined.
  3. Spoon out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly, then sprinkle with remaining sprinkles to serve. 

Lamington

1 tub     Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough

100g     Fine coconut

100g     Raspberry jam

¼ pnt    Raspberries, halved

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cookie dough and half the coconut. Mix together until well combined.
  3. Spoon out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly, then sprinkle with remaining coconut, dollop with raspberry jam and top with raspberries.

Biscoff

Raspberry Donut, Biscoff Center, Biscoff Biscuits
6 Biscuits

1 tub     Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough

1 jar      smooth Biscoff spread

Biscoff biscuits, to decorate

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Spoon out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, pipe Biscoff in the middle, then roll the dough back over the Biscoff.
  3. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Once cool, pipe dots of the remaining Biscoff spread on top of each cookie and finish with a Biscoff biscuit.

Raspberry Donut, Peanut Butter

1 tub     Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough

1 far       smooth peanut butter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Spoon out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, pipe peanut butter in the middle, then roll the dough back over the peanut butter.
  3. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

1 tub     Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough

Oreo Biscuits, small and large

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Spoon out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, place one large or 3 mini Oreos in the center, then roll the dough back over the top.
  3. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Nutella Filled

Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Nutella Spread

1 tub     Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough

1 jar       Nutella

Mini marshmallows (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Spoon out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, pipe Nutella in the middle, then roll the dough back over the top and into a ball.
  3. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  2. Spoon out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, place a marshmallow in the middle, then roll the dough back over the top and into a ball.
  3. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12-14minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
