COOKIE DOUGH ICE-CREAM

Triple Choc Cookie Dough ice cream

MAKES 2 LITRES

1 Tub ANNA POLYVIOU COOKIE DOUGH, TRIPLE CHOC

2L Vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Roll and shape the cookie dough into 12 even-sized cookies. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 6 minutes until they are semi-baked and still a little soft. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  3. Slightly soften the ice cream, then place in a large container with the cookies. Stir until evenly mixed. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up, then serve.
